Reception area in a shabby state, staff were very reticent to sell us water late in the evening as it meant opening the closed bar/restaurant (2pm Friday until 12pm Monday!!), a/c not working, windows don't open. This is a conference hotel.it has no soul. Disappointing check in. Room ok. Very noisy especially in the early am. Air conditioning not working.breakfast expensive and hot food cold. However the tram stops just outside so easy to get into town. Parking expensive. Probably better to stay in the centre more. More

Mistake in booking a hotel who only specialise in cooperate clients and conference meetings, small reception area full of luggage awaiting collection and bar area to seat 10/12 guests, 20 tables laid up for dinner not being used and unavalable to sit at with drinks, bar closed on Fridays and weekends. I stayed here in May 2011 for business. I find this hotel quite nice. I appreciated the breakfast area with a view over the river Garonne and coffee and tea facilities in each room.
