Located almost on the edge of the heart of Bordeaux city, it was a convenient spot to get to the shopping and museums in the city. Parking was a little challenge (when visiting first time) as there was no near parking garage, The nearest was probably the Grande Hommes. According to location I don't think you can outdo this hotel. Yes, it's very average but still clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Shopping, restaurants and attractions are just outside your doorstep. If you need to go further than downtown everything is easily reachable by tram.
