I stayed in the Campanile Bordeaux Centre for 4 nights. It was a good-value option if you stay in Bordeaux. Just a reminder, this hotel is not located in the Bordeaux City Centre. Pros: (1) A very convenient location though it is not in city centre. Just 3 minutes walk from the Gare Saint Jean (Bordeaux Train Station) or the... More

The location was great, just a stroll to the tram and station. Just as detailed on the website, although rooms a a bit small. Clean, comfortable with pleasant staff. Did not encounter any shady characters, must have been away for the holidays. Great value for money. The secure carpark was a bonus... although we did have to pay. More

Presumed that this hotel was in the centre, but fooled by the name. The hotel itself is very clean and modern, nice rooms bar and eating area. However it is in the middle of the red light district. This means that to get to the train station you have to pass the prostitutes and pimps on every corner. More

We stayed here for one night and primarily chose this hotel due to its proximity to the train station which we were using to travel through to Paris the following morning. What I liked about this hotel is that although it was cheap it provided everything you needed with style, the decor was modern and fresh, and everything was very... More

This hotel does what many hotels fail to do, it delivers all the basics with a little bit of style. The design is sharp and unfussy; the rooms are bright and clean; the beds comfortable. What we liked about the breakfast was that it presented a small menu, with freshness as the goal. The little bowls of fruit were especially... More

Being so close to the train station, this hotel was ideal. The city centre was also not far away, but we tended to get the tram, the stop for which is also very close. Rooms are small but clean and functional. It's not trying to be something it's not - it's basic, but modern, well designed, and well formed! The... More

Nice Hotel, has everything I needed for a business trip. Very close to the railway station and a decent base. It doesn't have nice views or anything like that, its just a nice hotel, friendly(ish) staff, all amenities required for a 1-2 night stay, as a business trip. Would not recommend for couple or family, more suited to solo person.... More
