This hotel was very good. The rooms are nice and very innovative. The bathroom was made entirely of plastic, very pratical but it smelled a bit. If you are in Strasbourg during the EU Parliament session it is not easy to find a place to sleep. Hotel Cap Europe was a cheap solution (two bedrooms, five beds for 130 Euro).
