If you are in Strasbourg during the EU Parliament session it is not easy to find a place to sleep. Hotel Cap Europe was a cheap solution (two bedrooms, five beds for 130 Euro). Location is good but this is about it. Breakfast is below average and for 8 Euros you can go elsewhere and unfortunately the romms/apartment is dirty. More
