The service was excellent at check-in and check-out and when we had some questions on what to see in Strasbourg. The room was spacious and clean on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. Very quiet. Excellent was also the fact that there was a privat parking in the hotel, very convenient.

The room is a comfortable size, the bed was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only criticism I have is of the design of the shower - the shower door only covers half of the shower, meaning that after your shower you step out into a puddle of water on the bathroom floor.

Comfortable stay for few days. The hotel is located very close to the very downtown, giving to anybody the opportunity for easily approaching in the city center. The hotel is not bad and pretty close ( 10 min) to the town center. Friendly English-speaking stuff. Room problem: if you travel during the cold season, expect a cold room, also a noisy air conditioning that will probably disturb your sleep.

The hotel is very close to the city centre. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice.:) However we were freezing in the room when not under the blankets and the bathroom was small and the shower uncomfortable.:(

Is a nice place to stay BUT in January 2013 Ibis France decided to change Internet provider ... They advertise free wifi, but you can't use Skype or streaming services - you have to pay for it - this is really disappointing and means my colleagues and I will stay elsewhere in the future.
