Their location is central and convenient both for business travellers and tourists. The house is quite modern and nice, but my room (studio) was small and not very comfy. Lack of space, small kitchen and bathroom. No house keeping. The equipment smell of smoke. Staff attitude was also not perfect. High price for standard and service provided.

Location of hotel is great - near the train, the tram, and all the sights of the old city. Secure parking underneath the hotel, although tight, is very convenient. Great location in Strasbourg. Excellent staff, very helpful. We needed an extra day on our booking and they were very helpful. Clear explainations on parking and restaurants. Will definitely return if we are back in Strasbourg.

The rooms are small but efficient. The kitchen is well stocked. Bath tub was nice. The design for the twin beds was a bit strange but comfortable.It literally takes up the whole room.Staff was polite.Breakfast was good but not very elaborate.
