very nice hotel, very good quality for your money, nice rooms. we went to stay to visit a game of Manchester united and together, the match, the hotel , the hotel , diner, breakfast made it an perfect combination to spend your long weekend

This hotel never fails to satisfy on so many levels: great location right next to Piccadilly, clean and modern rooms, friendly and helpful staff, free high-speed wifi and of course te delicious cookie you get on arrival! The beds are really comfortable and despite the city centre location, the hotel is quiet and there's little street noise. A great choice.

I stayed at the hotel at half term with three friends. The staff were helpful and friendly. The services available were fantastic, free dvd rental,bath robes and much more. I have never had a continental breakfast as great as that one before and probably wont again, until I next visit the city Inn !

Stayed for one night – and loved it. Clean room, lots of space, nice staff and just a couple of minutes walk from Piccadilly Station. Had lunch and breakfast at the hotel's restaurant – all very good. Nice touch to give you a cookie upon check-in.

Great location, clean spacious rooms, very modern, comfy beds, apple TV. View from window was a derelict building, toilet flush button is located behind toilet seat, shower door did not shut completely equalling a wet floor other than minor issues. Lovely place to stay would stay there again when visiting Manchester.

This is a plush, modern, "glass and steel" hotel located right opposite Piccadilly railway station. The public spaces are airy - maybe lacking a bit of soul - but fine, clean and spacious. There's no real view - indeed a derelict building on one side can be a little depressing to stare at, but I guess that can't be helped.... More

This was booked as a one night birthday treat for myself along with my Husband. Check in was smooth and a nice surprise was been given a warm cookie. Good venue for a corporate event. Pleasant rooms and ambiance. For a personal stay, I prefer a smaller more intimate hotel.
