Booked through holiday extra's for a one night stay with two weeks parking, they should take it off their site. The hotel and car park are run down, the staff are unhelpful and the transfers are appalling. Don't stay there even if it is free. more

First impression - what a horrible building but I was very impressed by the staff at reception. They were very helpful and courteous. The foyer looks as if it has been refurbished but the rooms, stairways, business rooms are in need of updating. Very poor quality establishment. Only 1 lift working out of 3. Room fixtures & fittings tired & worn out, burnt lampshades, light switches tripped out lighting. Windows filthy, carpet filthy.
