What a disgrace to our wonderful city this hotel is. My room was very dated (dirty walls, threadbare carpets, old CRT tv), dirty and smelt like an ashtray. stayed here dec 2011 for 2 nights the hotel is old and could do with being modernised having said that the staaff were very good the food was lovely and the rates for staying here are quiet cheap right in the centre of manchester will stay here next year again More
