The staff were friendly polite and cheerfull , the chap on reception(Chris) greeted us well and helped make our stay enjoyable. The food was good... More

Dull dingy, very dirty. Rock hard bed! In bad need of upgrading. Traffic noise high level all night, with boy racers approx 2pm every night - I stayed 4 nights!!!! And had broken sleep for all four nights. Breakfast was ok but didn't get breakfast one morning I needed to be gone for 7.30 and they didn't take my order... More

I stayed at The Statio Hotel during May of 2011. I am originally from Dudley and needed to go back there to deal with a personal issue. My stay was for 3 weeks on and off. The staff were second to none. they were so kind and friendly and really, nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed lovely company sitting... More

Recently stayed for two nights, and although the staff were helpful and friendly the Hotel was shabby, run down and in need of Major refurb, especially the room we were in 106.. Chair was falling to pieces, carpet in the bathroom!, extremely dated and worn. Flowers placed around teh hotel were all dead but still on display. No chips of... More

My partner and i recently stayed at the hotel for one night only, we had only booked a few hours in advance over the phone but the reception staff were very helpful. I can't really say great or poor for this hotel. I've rated this 3 star average, as not a great deal of attention was paid to the hotel in general. We were on a paranormal investigation. Room 214 is bang on for any investigator or ghost hunting group. If you stay in room 214, you aint alone by any means.... More

We stayed here on the 13th August 2011, and I must say we had a really good experience. I decided to book a room here for one night, and paid just 85.00 which included tickets to the nearby 'Black Country Museum'. When we arrived, we were pleased at theexterior of the hotel, it looked every bit imposing as we thought... More
