An excellent hotel in a good location. Although quite expensive the service was very good. The only critique was the rooms in the new block (which are a fair bit cheaper) were very good but not exceptional for the price

Mallory Court is a member of the Relais & Chateaux consortium which operates a sort of club called 5C. We needed to stay overnight in the Midlands recently and, tempted by the Relais & Chateaux membership booked the Mallory Court. The welcome was warm, the property was well maintained, cosy and welcoming, and amidst beautiful gardens, and the food was excellent. It delivered just what we wanted and we can thoroughly recommend it.

As soon as you arrive at Mallory Court you feel you are in for a treat. Reception staff were warm, friendly and informative. Our rooms were ready early and we was promptly shown to our rooms.
