This lovely house and it's helpful and friendly owner are certain to please you. The house is situated in a residential street of other larger properties, about 5 minutes drive from the centre of Solihull. Accommodation standard is very high, and so is the breakfast. Definitely a place I would return to.

Three of us stayed for 2 nights to attend an event at the NEC in Birmingham. All of us rated Chris's B&B very highly. Comfortable, clean, great breakfast and an extremely helpful and friendly host - what more could one ask for. We would highly recommend and we will be back again next year.

I stayed at Appletree Wick for 3 nights and can not recommend it more! The house is beautiful, bedrooms and bathrooms are tastefully furnished and so clean! The Solihull location is fabulous, very close to the town centre, train station and airport. Wonderful service by the owner, she really couldn't have been more accommodating!
