Hotel is beautifully located, looking out over the surrounding golf course to the Malvern Hills and countryside. Stayed with some friends for weekend golf break. Rooms very pleasant all ours had nice views of golf course were well furnished and comfortable. Didn't have evening meal but breakfast was very good and service to match. Leisure facilities ok but adjoining bar a bit dated and could do with a freshen up. Bar in main hotel very nice though.... We approached the hotel along a marvellous long driveway through the golf course and the hotel sat at the top with wonderful views over the countryside. The receptionist was very helpful and noticing my friend walked with a stick, offered to change our room to one with fewer steps without being asked. Our room was on the lower ground floor... More

I can never fault this hotel. The service is excellent, the staff always remember your name and if there are any problems, they are always sorted out very quickly. The views from the rooms are all excellent, looking over the golf course and surrounding countryside and all of the ground floor rooms have patio doors. Some of the window frames... More

Went on a coach holiday of the cotswolds and stayed 4 nights here, Food poor nearly allways tepid,never shown a wine list at all. Very short on Staff Duty manager was waiter,golf shop assistant, maintenance man Etc, Bar often closed through lack of staff. Lovely outlook of surrounding area but hotel is tired and dissapointing. Booked as a deluxe spa package. First thing we did on arrival was visit the spa and first reaction was to leave immediately! The facilities are tired to say the least. Swimming pool small and cold.
