This hotel is desperately in need of work. While yes it has everything it needs on paper, it's tatty, old and soul-less! I stayed at this hotel for one night and have to say it was certainly enough for me. Our room was filthy, dust absoloutely everywhere! High quality room to excellent standard. The service and friendliness of staff were also excellent. A large car park with no additional charges was a bonus. I would defineately recommend this hotel to others.

Room was fairly comfortable and reasonably spacious, however the curtains did not close properly - I had to prop a chair against them to block the street lighting out. There was also a rather suspect stain on one of the bedroom chairs.

Came for the Wembley game and found the location to be ideal,parking was good and the food lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The only thing that lets this place down is the amount of travellers hanging about quite intimidating and they are allowed free use of the hotel facilities.

First off the staff were excellent and veey helpful. My biggest problem is the bathroom not having a door and the toilet having a glass door, who really wants to hear the misses doing her business, also having the mirror reflecting into the bathroom. Let it down for me

Just back from Wembley, not a bad place to stay and does what it says on the tin. Had a family room which was clean and had all that was needed. Bar pleasant. Didn't eat there so can't comment on food.

Overall nothing to do with a Mercure hotel. There's nothing around except a McDonald and a gipsy camp. Old rooms. Some of these are really far from the main desk... I was disapointed because i was expecting a bit more modernity and comfort as per Mercure standings.

Service friendly and efficient, breakfast was good, parking easy and on site. General cleanliness good. Swimming pool and sauna not used but apparently good. The room I stayed in needed a refit. Carpet very threadbare, but clean and bed comfortable.
