First note is the surroundings! Beautiful! Felt relaxed before I got to reception! Check in was a pleasure! Escorted to my room with helpful information! My room ( Crocus! All rooms named) was spacious and nicely decorated! Bathroom really nice! Staff very friendly! Can't go wrong with this choice!

We had a fabulous day! The spa facilities are the best i've experienced yet and treatments were just fantastic. Staff are friendly and accommodating- nothing is too much trouble. If your looking for tranquillity, luxury and a spot of indulgence close to london but feeling like you're in the country, this is a place for you!
