24 Hour reception was a brilliant facility. Reception staff were very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Even a cleaner was more than happy to help me when I couldn't get the room key to work.

The restaurant was great. The food was of a high standard and the service was faultless. I forgot to put out my breakfast order the night before, and when I called them in the morning they still delivered it. The room was big and very clean. My only negative feedback was the tv channel choice

well placed for access to milton keynes centre, shops and places to eat.
Good facilities at the hotel, great choice for the family for breakfast and a nice comfortable open seating area at the front. Plenty of parking and easy to find. WIll be using again this summer for a weekend away with the family again.

Perfectly functional hotel with spacious well equiped rooms. Good value especially breakfast which was at a discounted rate and paid for in advance with the room. This did appear to cause problems with the breakfast staff who on both days insinuated we were attempting to avoid payment which was insulting.
