Not Premier Inns best location. Very covenient for Gatwick Airport parking but difficult to find if you don't know the area, the sat nav ref takes you into a housing estate to the rear of the Inn. The rooms were very clean but the bathroom was cold as no heating and no towel rail, however the bed was comfortable. The... More

Very helpful staff, willing to help at every moment. Me and my boyfriend had a broken plug which we informed them as soon as we moved into our room, the man on reception moved us room and was very apologetic about it. Dinner meal was very nice and great for price. Breakfast had a vast variety. I would definintely go... More

This is the forth time I have stayed in a Premier Inn (UK), Twice at Goffs Park Premier Inn. Easy Check in rooms, always tidy and warm. I would recommend itto anyone. My only issue was that staff serve their guests as if they are serving subordinates, there is that lack of 'Service with a smile'. More

My only issue with Premier Inns is the fact they offer rooms which are far too close to the reception area which at times can be very disturbing. More

Stayed on Friday 9th December. Cant beat it for the price. Very clean rooms with TV and tea/coffee making facilities. Good food at the Brewers Fayre next door. We took the meal deal with included a 3 course meal with a drink and breakfast which all in all was very good value for money and the food excellent. Not sure... More

We stayed at this hotel for just one night, whilst we were visiting the area. Very friendly staff greeted us, and although we were early, made sure our room was ready and available at that time. The room was very clean, and the bathroom spotless. The bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit on the soft side for... More

Nice hotel, Brewer's Fayre attached which is a great bonus. The Brewer's Fayre pub and restaurant really made this stay for me - excellent staff, food great and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The hotel was OK. I think it needs renovating. The floors creak. The hallways smell. The rooms are nice enough, but very small. The main problem I had... More

We needed a room near Gatwick for the night before we checked in at 05:00 for our flight. Excellent value at £29, free parking, Brewer's Fayre cheap and cheerful restaurant next door. The hotel receptionist was cheerful and chatty about the film we were going to see in Crawley. Room was clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for! More
