Nice hotel, breakfast very good selection and quality. Hotel pool excellent bed not very comfortable but room and bathroom nice and clean lacking in toiletries but lovely fluffy towels.
Telford a good place to stay if you like shopping not much else to do if you dont.

Only stayed one night at the hotel - and wished I stayed longer! Great room, great sleep, very clean indeed. Breakfast amazing ! Great location to the International Centre as well. Definitely a hotel not to turn down.

We recently stayed at the Grays Hotel and we were very pleased with our stay with them. The staff very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious, giving a good view of the gardens. The food was well presented and very enjoyable. We would certainly make another stay with them in the future.

good name choice for hotel!
wasnt welcomed in any shape or form..was a little early..i had to ask if food was still been served..went into empty restaraunt..was waiting for over 15 mins for anyone to even ask if i wanted a drink!
