Booked for Afternoon Tea via Groupon, normally had fantastic deals through this company but NOT this time!! VERY disappointed in what we were offered. Don't go for afternoon tea, very poor quality and service. Not stayed at hotel but Lydiard House next door is very nice for a visit and walk around the park. More

The room was tiny. It was set up for 1 person and when we asked for more towels and pillows, we found them outside our door on the floor at 10.30pm, once we had returned from our party!
