Lovely welcome when we arrived, spotlessly clean room with nice homely decor. Some great little touches like bath robes and kit kats on the tea tray. Breakfast was spot on, high quality ingredients cooked really well.

Stayed here over Valentines w/end having stayed last year. Jennifer is such a nice host and everything is 1st class. Lovely fresh ingredients for breakfast, large well appointed room. We are a mature couple, but still very active. We have just stayed at Franklin View over the week-end. Everything was great, spotlessly clean, lovely breakfast, ideal location for a short walk into Harrogate. Couldn't fault it in anyway at all.
