We stayed last weekend for 3 nights, our first stay at Holiday Inn for years. Reception staff always pleasant and helpful. We had dinner in the 701 resturant the first night which was a lovely meal spoilt by the resturants air conditioning belting out cold air. We had an executive suite which was great. Bedroom and sitting room. Clean and spacious. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants. Fiver a day to park, reasonable I suppose. Tenner a day WiFi a bit stiff. More

Stayed again in HI Harrogate and it is good again, the negatives are the very poor TV's and channel selection and reception which are, frankly, rubbish. It was a memorable and eventful weekend as we arrived in Harrogate in the middle of a power cut and as the hotel was in candlelit darkness they were not allowing any checking in as couldn't have any guests staying without power.
