Do yourself a favour and stay at this great B&B. A wonderful experience. Highly recommend to anyone visiting beautiful Yorkshire. Sheila was a genuine warm and friendly hostess who made you feel "right at home". The room and breakfast were first rate as well. The local pub "Queens Head" also had a good feed in a lovely small village location.... More

We recently stayed at Knabbs Ash for 2 nights while having a short break exploring North Yorkshire. The room was superb, the bed being possibly the comfiest we have ever slept in! The whole place was immaculately clean with lots of extra special little touches which sets it apart from many other B & Bs. The breakfasts were fab and... More

Last month I visited the beautiful Harrogate area for the vintage fair that was taking place that weekend. I booked a room at Knabbs Ash for 4 days so that myself and my family could have an explore of the area as my Father's family hails from the area. It was a marvellous trip made all the more special by... More

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners were very friendly without being pushy. The bed was very comfortable and the room delightful. We were greeted with tea and cake and nothing seemed to be too much trouble to the owners. Great to watch lambs from our bedroom window.

We stayed with Sheila for a week over Easter this year in a twin (Room 1) and double (Room 2). Sheila was a fantastic host - we were welcomed at the door and given tea and cake, given Easter eggs on the Sunday, brandy and chocolate in the room (it was a cold week!) and a warm send-off. The views... More

First class bed and breakfast accommodation with fantastic attention to detail. Our room was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean and the luxury bathroom was perfect. We received a very warm welcome and a fine Yorkshire breakfast. Highly recommended!

We stayed with Sheila for 2 nights last year Aug 8-9 2012, being the 1st time we had been away on our own since our kids where born 18 years ago, it was a really nice play to stay, very relaxing, and the attention to detail was 2nd to none. The breakfast was a meal to keep you going through... More

We were welcomed to the farm by Sheila and were immediately made to feel at home. She had clearly put a lot of time and constant effort into upkeeping the property, fixtures and fittings to ensure that nothing was left wanting. It was spotlessly clean. Overlooking their fields and seeing the newborn lambs was a real treat. With an excellent... More

I can't really add much to all the reviews these gem of a b&b offers. The breakfast is the best you'll ever get. The rooms are well appointed, specially the bathroom, you don't get rooms like this in very expensive hotels. There all the little attention to detail that makes this a memorable visit Absolutley brilliant - well done Sheila,... More
