Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, great location for local amenities & city centre, but far enough out of city centre for no noise. Great kids facilities with indoor play area for young children, which is situated within the restaurant, so u can watch them play while u eat or have a relaxing cuppa!

The reception staff were friendly, genuinely helpful and concerned for our comfort. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Access to the city and major roads is easy, and parking was no problem. Not in a pretty location, but that wasn't the point on this trip. Good value for the money.
