I have stayed here on two occassions now, the first being as I was working in the area, from which I was so impressed I came back with my wife. The rooms are extremely comfortable/clean and well equiped and set in beautiful gardens. Very pleasant b&b that's only a five minute walk from Hedge End station. The rooms that I have stayed in are nice (one had a double bed, the other had two singles), with a shower, tv, kettle and teabags etc. Tasty fried breakfast with free range eggs supplied by the chickens that live in the garden. Stayed here with hubby. Great location very close to Hedge End station and there's a pub around the corner that was busy. Lovely grounds with chickens outside (and free ranged eggs!).
