The hotel was nice. Rooms were fine but parking was a pain. The car park is some distance away and its underground. The food was very good and breakfast was great if you could make it down before nine. The leisure facilities are excellent. The pool is big and the gym is well laid out. This hotel is excellent if... more

my husband booked a weekend at days hotel for my birthday and after reading the reviews on the hotel i must say i was a bit worried about what the hotel would be like. We got the train to waterford and the hotel is only across the bridge. My biggest concern was what the bedroom would be like but i... more

We went to Waterford for a Spa relaxing weekend, mature ladies in their 40s. On arrival the room was spacious but the bath/showed was covered in a scum. We reported this but it took until the next day to get it cleaned luckily we had spa treatments booked and showered there. Spa Treatment excellent. The hotel bar had a sign... more

This hotel has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have traveled through Central and South America staying in backpackers so I am not a fussy high maintenance traveler. Far from it. I booked on line and when I queried why I had paid more than my friends the girl was obnoxiously rude. Upon check... more

Just back from weekend stay for my fathers birthday. The hotel itself is nice but could be much nicer if attention to detail was practised. Toilet roll dispensers in bar toilets were loose and eventually one fell off wall whilst we were there. Bedside light in my parents room had one missing and the resulting hole was taped over .... more

I stayed here with my husband and 9-yr-old daughter recently as we were in Waterford for a wedding. Thankfully, I asked to see the room first, as I got an uneasy feeling the minute I walked in the door of the hotel. This paid off, as our room was one of a pair of inter-connecting rooms. I refused to stay... more
