A real 5 star B&B room was newly decorated with lovely furnishings, comfy bed and every little extra usually only found in good hotels. Immaculate throughout. Shower en suite a bit small but quite adequate. The breakfast was fantastic, perfectly cooked hot food and a range of gluten free products for my special diet, even little cakes left in the... More

Iorras bed and breakfast is beautifully appointed and the room very spacious, with great full irish breakfast provided. Close to the town of Sligo and the lovely seaside village of Rosses Point. The hosts Ita & Gerry were lovely people and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again if passing through.

After a long drive and several mediocre overnight stays, we were very pleased to discover Ionna's - certainly a gem in Sligo. Equisite decor and exemplary service! The owner has obviously thought through every detail and is devoted to each and every guest. The breakfast was phenomimal too. Be sure to venture into Rosses Point and explore the gorgeous coast... I agree with everyone else...Ita was a welcoming hostess who turned our last-minute booking into a fantastic stay, setting the standard for the B&Bs during the rest of our trip around the island. Beautiful rooms and views, a lovely breakfast, good advice on where to hear trad sessions in Sligo Town -- we enjoyed our stay and wished we could... More

In March 2012, I was in Sligo for an extended stay on business. I planned to stay in a B&B for about 2 weeks until I found permanent accommodation. Such was the welcome by Ita and Gerry and such was the comfort of Iorras, I ended up staying for six weeks. Kind, thoughtful and helpful hosts. Thanks again.

This was the first B&B in our 10-day holiday to Ireland, and Ita certainly set the standard high for the others to follow! We had a lovely room, with everything perfectly set up. We had a choice of 5 breakfasts to order, and even though we each ordered different items, Ita cheerfully managed to give us (and the other guests)... More

We have recently spent a night in this good house. Mrs Ita is really friendly and kind, The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was big, well equipped, with a window. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit salad, too. Highly recommended!

Ita Connolly runs a fantastic B&B near Rosses Point. She is a welcoming and warm person and the rooms were spotless. Crisp white and even white flannels in the bathroom and individual toiletries.Lovely bathroom with a real window and the breakfast was delicious. What a choice! Ita served 4-5 fresh made breads at breakfast along with my omelet of mushrooms, cheese, ham and onions. The best omelet of my month long trip to Ireland. If you want one of the best breakfasts in Ireland this is the place to come to.

Charming and helpful owner, Mrs. Connolly, who gave us tea and wonderful home-baked bread on arrival. Breakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful. Would definitely stay at "Iorras"again.
