We (me, my partner, brother and sister-in-law) were in Sligo ancestor hunting. We didn't find our ancestors, but did find a very clean, friendly hotel. Our rooms were at the back of the hotel, overlooking the river, and were both comfortable and quiet. More

Great hotel Have stayed in Sligo over the past 5 years and sorry I didn't try this hotel sooner. Its outside appearance put me off. Enjoyed our stay at the Sligo City Hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very central, right in the middle of the town. Free hotel car park. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Nice bar food which was good value. More

Stayed at this great hotel mid week. Lovely to be greeted by welcoming Irish staff. Pleasantly surprised by the comfortable spacious room. Enjoyed a freshly prepared evening meal in the restaurant. No problem getting hotel parking. Excellent value for money. Definitely will be back again. More
