Paul is a very kind man. Helped us with our bags. Offered us coffee/tea as soon as we got there - tired. Nice large, clean room. Small bath. Small towels. Nice basic breakfast. Wifi. All in all a good spot. Close to central town.

My second time in Linden lovely room clean tidy cosy bed paul looked after me made me tea chatted .great to wind down after a days work great B and B .easy acess to everywhere . and i will B Back again .breakfeast great also,O yes 1 Complaint it rained lol

great location, clean rooms, bathrooms efficient, perfect breakfast and above all great paul who thinks of everything and helps you in every way. the town is very pretty and the mayo is gorgeous .. fabulous will definitely return here

Paul, the manager is very professional! He was so friendly and so helpful. The location was perfect. We could walk to everywhere in Westport. Rooms are Quiet and clean Paul made my husband and myself so welcome and comfortable. Breakfast was great, and lots of variety and no shortage of anything. Will definitely be back. Great location,- 5 minute walk to the center of Westport. Nice rooms- clean, ambient light good heat. Excellent service- Paul was all you could ask for in a host. Even when it came to recommending a resaurant, his choice was top notch. We came on the recommendation of Mary @ Prague House Galway... she didn't steer us wrong!

This is an average bed and breakfast. It has a very good location, 5 minutes from the center of Westport. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean and service was very nice and warm. It was a little noisy, you could perfectly hear the other guests walking around. Just what you expect from a B&B but no more.
