Stayed 3 nights, staff answered all of our many questions on restaurants, laundry service, etc. It was nice to have our laundry sent out by the hotel and returned the same day. We had a lovely four-night stay in Scholars Townhouse. The first two days were mostly recovering from jet-lag, but we were very comfortable, and totally ready to go when we left Drogheda. Visited Scholars for a Saturday night out with friends. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great food. About 60 euro a head after all was said and done. It's a beautiful property, and we hope to stay at the hotel on our next visit. More

Just called in for a drink the bar does food so if you only want a drink it smells of food, the staff are nice the place is lovely the food is ordinary. I have asked a number of friends who have rated there and the general consensus is lovely place ok food. More
