This is a nice Hotel. Conveniently located, only a short walk from the city centre & Thomond Park. The friendly staff were extremely helpful, especially when we had an issue about the type of room booked. The rooms were fine and roomy with comfortable beds. However there is no free parking. Would definitely recommend.

Good location,for shopping and pubs,restaurants. Carpet in room looked old and not well fixed down......not even a bottle of water in the room which was badly needed as room was roasting.....AC was set at reception to heat room! DJ on the saturday nite did not seem to fit age profile. Friendly staff.
