THe Dunboy B&B is a wonderful place to stay in Kilkenny. Helen treats you like a family member, so warm and friendly. The rooms are comfy and very clean, the beds comfortable, and the breakfasts are very good. The only minor issue we had was that the shower flow was fairly weak. I would highly recommend the Dunboy.
