Stayed one night with my friend. Hotel is oldfashioned but very comfortable. Food is good and staff are friendly. It is however very very noisy when the pubs close at half two and there is no way you'd sleep through it. Other than that no problems.. More

To those of you looking for accommodation in Kilkenny(especially groups) I cannot highly recommend this hotel enough. The rooms were spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is right in the centre of the town. The room rates were very reasonable and nothing was a problem for the staff. Ill definately be revisiting the Hibernian Hotel. More

I remember thinking as I was walking down the staircase from our room (the hotel does have an elevator) that this is what it must be like to spend a night at Buckingham Palace!! We stayed in this hotel for one night - excellent hotel - rooms are small but all was perfect - meals were one hundred percent - it is in town centre and near to all one wants to see - the only small complaint may be the disco finishing at two - but it is not a big issue More

Lovely hotel very freindly staff, Food was lovely too. The beds in our room where quite hard and one was slightly raised than the other.Only downside is that the nightclub underneeth can be a bit noisey when people are leaving it at 3 in the morning. More
