Here for two nights with a coach trip. The hotel is very convenient for the town centre but that is the only good thing about it. Our room was clean and comfortable but very dark! There was a ceiling light over the door but not in the main part of the room, the bedside lights had dim bulbs and such... More

Spent two nights at this hotel with Leger holidays and that was two nights to many. The only good thing about this hotel is it is central to the town. The general feeling from the staff was that we were a bit of an inconvenience, the standard of food was poor having the same vegetables two nights running in a... More

Stayed here for 3 nights on business in Tralee, the hotel is very central to the town's main streets and there is a multi story car park just 5 minutes away if you have trouble finding parking in the immediate vicinity. Hotel is clean and looks to be well maintained, as other reviewers have mentioned the staff and management are... More

This hotel went downhill for a while and has opened under new management. The restaurant has reopened specialising in fish, called 'Fishworks', with startling originality! We went for dinner last week, two sea food fans and one picky eater. The chowder was delicious. A very generous bowl of mussels was very tasty and the standard fish and chips proved excellent.... I stayed for two nights over the St Patrick's weekend with a friend of mine. The deal I booked was for 2BB & 1D. I paid a deposit on my debit card to secure the room. We arrived at the hotel at 4.10pm to find that the room was not ready and we were asked to wait 20mins (on the... More

Tried to keep this review short, but it was difficult, as we feel that readers need to know what we experienced. This is a freezing cold, dirty hotel - and it's not cheap. Limited parking available, but you have to get the receptionist to open a padlock to release chains to let you in - same procedure when you want to... More

We went away for a romantic night for valentins, and was so dissapointed. The room was so cold, and we ended up sleeping on the single bed that was in the room,as the double was broken.i mean the least you expect from a hotel is a bed to sleep on.....will not be going back again..
