My sister and I stayed in Robeen House in Sept, 2011. Our experience will remain a good memory. Bernice looked after us and was so helpful. Her food was wonderful, she shared her Iriish bread recipe with us and made all sorts of great suggestions. Just a short walk from town, clean and well cared for. Bernice made one feel... More

Only a five minute walk to town, but yet felt private and secluded. Rooms were clean and quite large and the breakfasts were great. We really enjoyed our time here. Thanks Bernice! More

Courtesy of Hurricane Irene our group had an extra 3 nights at Robeen House. What a lovely place to be stranded! The proprietor Bernice gave us lots of good advice, suggested numerous activities and answered our many questions with patience, humor and good cheer. Our rooms were spacious and very clean. Each morning we received a delicious, filling breakfast. The... More

I had the opportunity of spending 4 nights at the lovely Robeen guest house. The proprietor Bernice couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. From out initial welcome to good-bye, our group appreciated the staff's friendliness and attentiveness. The guest home was beautifully appointed with fragrant flowers in the reception area, spacious and clean rooms, a comfortable lounge with computer/internet... More

Proprietress Bernice is a terrific host who will go the extra mile to help and accommodate visitors -- with information about the surrounding area, bookings, etc. Very friendly and... More

We couldn't have chosen a better base for a couple of days exploring Killarney and the Ring of Kerry. The room was fresh and comfortable, brekkies were great, and Bernice and Ian were perfect hosts. Bernice booked our Kerry trip, and our accommodation at our next stop (Chaplin's at Kilkenny was fine, thanks Bernice - though not as flash as... More

My wife and I stayed 2 nights at Robeen, before and after a 7 day hiking trip on the Ring of Kerry. All of the folks there treated us almost like royalty! Bernice took care of our extra gear, including a rental car, for the week we were hiking and welcomed us "home" like family when we returned. Our room... More
