My boyfriend and I have stayed in the Brehon on five occasions now and always depart very happy and looking forward to our next return. We have always had a lovely room with spectacular views. I stayed at The Brehon hotel with my husband two weeks ago. This was not our first time. Wow factor when you arrive at the huge marble and wood open foyer and is a lovely place to sit and have a coffee or a drink. We did not avail of treatments in the spa this time but did avail of... More

Theres nothing 'wrong' with this hotel but it is defnitely overated. I would rate it 3 star. it is verrrrry expensive for what it is. Rooms worth about 100 euro each. Its not a 5 star experience. I'd stay in the Lake house hotel killarney for a better experience and a nicer hotel. The Brehan is newly built and looks... More

We have stayed at this wonderful hotel in Killarney several times to relax and enjoy the concerts held in the concert hall located just across the parking lot. The reception staff is always very welcoming and Mr Curran goes out of his way to give you a genuine Irish welcome full of traditional Kerry hospitality. He makes sure you find... More

Stayed with my wife in room 401. A really nice suite with wonderful views. This hotel is simply top class and very comfortable with very professional staff. The duck main course at the danu restaurant was just mouthwatering! We will be back again. More

Headed to town and dined there, we returned and had a goods... More

We stayed here for a weekend away in July 2011.We expected a lot from this hotel because of it's reputation but upon arrival we were disappointed. The entrance to the hotel is lovely with nice cosy areas to sit. The bar has no atmosphere and they only serve Pepsi! Which is disgusting. We had a nice room, the set-up was... More
