Theres nothing 'wrong' with this hotel but it is defnitely overated. I would rate it 3 star. it is verrrrry expensive for what it is. Rooms worth about 100 euro each. Its not a 5 star experience. Short and sweet, excerlent hotel, with great rooms. Stayed on a business trip and couldnt fault this hotel, very good value for money. Very good spa/thermal suite A+.
