Our friendly hosts, Russell and Emer, made us feel like guests in their home. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this B and B to anyone who plans to travel to Galway. More

A warm and more than friendly experience. Russell was a wonderful host, you could not ask for a more concerned and helpful person. Our room was spotless and comfortable, though small. The breakfast was excellent and we would stay there without a question of doubt. The price was unbeatable. A quick walk to the best Pubs and shops. More

In contrast to so many of the stuffy bed and breakfasts we stayed at in Ireland, Kilcullen was hip and modern, with fun art and decor. The owners, Russell and Emer, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and comfortable. You get options for breakfast, which is nice, and Russell clearly prides himself on providing locally sourced food... More

We stayed at the Kilcullen House 3 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Russel and Emer are very nice and friendly and breakfast is really enjoyable! Private parking behind the house, 10 minutes walking from the city centre. We definetly reccomend this B&B. More

We loved our stay at Kilcullen, in a very cozy and homey environment. The location is great, only a short walk from the town and from the Salthill's promenade, which makes it an excellent place to stay even when the weather is against you as you can do things locally. The owners were also really helpful with suggestions for places... More

The Kilcullen House is a 6 minute walk from downtown Galway City and an inviting and comfortable stay. Our breakfasts were delicious, and had just a little different twist from the traditional Irish breakfast, which was a treat. Clean everywhere. Russell helped us plan a spectacular day on the Connemara Penninsula. Room was smaller than most we stayed in, and... More

We stayed at Kilcullen just one night so we didn't have the chance to enjoy Russell's hospitality as much as we'd have liked to. The location is strategic: very close to the city centre (5 min max); there is a supermarket in front and a pharmacy just next. Moreover, if you are by car, you can park it in the... More

We were 3 adults and we spent 2 nights in this very welcoming B&B. It is only 10 minutes away from the city center by foot. It was the best breakfast I had during the week. The owners were very nice, helpful especially regarding the things to do nearby. They have many advices about the burren and the connemara. One... More

Stop number 8 on my coastal tour of Island, and despite my conviction I'd manage to get lost in anything larger than a fishing village, as it turned out it was easy to locate Kilcullen House and I was welcomed by Russell, who with his wife Emer definitely belongs on the ranks of the best of the B & B...
