SAS is a great hotel to stay in, went to 2 other girls for overnight stay. Right around the corner from the train station (less then 2 minute walk). 5 minute walk to the shopping street with great bars and restaurants. Hotel really nice, comfy beds, great spa, nice bar and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Not sure about price... more

Stayed for three nights on mix of business and pleasure. 5th floor suites are supposed to be luxurious, but they are really just larger rooms, pretty basic, and certainly not up to normal suite standard. Lobby is cold (like freezing) and uninviting. Certainly not a place to sit and "people watch." Staff are very friendly and food is excellent and... more

My boyfriend and I came to Galway for the weekend recently. We did not book the Radisson but instead a hotel overlooking Eyre Square. It wasn't until we arrived at that Hotel and were so disappointed by our room that I phoned around other hotels close to the city and stumbled upon the infinitely more impressive Radisson. We were given... more

Stayed for 2 nights with my partner. The hotel is easy to find with free secure car parking below the hotel. Lift from car park up to the lobby. The lobby is airy and spacious with the bar and restaurant situated off the lobby. Check in was fast and smooth. The hotel is very big with rooms in different wings.... more

This hotel is without a doubt one of the finest I have ever stayed in. Although the ambience, food and accomodation are contributing factors, the most valuable attribute of the Radisson Blu in my opinion is its staff. A friend gave us a gift of two nights B&B a while ago which I was unable to use within by the... more

It was last year we went to this hotel, so I cant remember everything, I booked it for my boyfriends 21st birthday present, expensive but worth every cent, and the staff members were so pleasent throughout our whole stay, from check in to check out. The hotel is very central, right beside the train station with a fabulous view of... more

This was the second time I've been to this hotel. Unfortunately, each time was for only one night. I wish I had been able to stay longer. The rooms are pretty small but very modern and a little hip. The arrangement of the closet, desk, and tv, etc. is quite compact but workable. The bathroom is also small but clean... more

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train & bus stations and just off Eyre Square and it overlooks the water. The lobby is really nice and the Spa is pretty good too - great hot tub overlooking the water, which hit the spot the morning after the night before... On the negative side, the rooms... more
