If you want the apartment photographed on the website, request it specifically. I was given the option, on booking, of a 3rd floor apartment with city and bay views or a 4th floor city view apartment. Lovely views from our deck and very convenient for pub crawls and virtually everything else. Facilities were wonderful, with decent security as well. Be prepared to have late-returning neighbors and possibly rowdiness, though I suspect management segregates it to certain floors. More

We stayed in a beautiful 2BR unit on the fourth floor and balconies off the ensuite BD and out the front door. Everything was very clean and appliances modern, including washer/dryer. Overall a good experience. We have gotten spoiled by the informal experience of renting cottages direct from a cheerful owner ("oh just leave the money on the table" etc).
