Didn't know that a visit to a spa could be this good. Regardless of what treatment you are having you are treated like a queen. Relaxation time , as long as you want is provided with access to water beds and hot stone beds. LOVED IT. More

I recently stayed at this hotel to meet up with family from Kerry. We had a great time, service, food and rooms were very good. The views amazing from our sea view rooms. I left my mobile phone charger in the bedroom. Did not discover until I returned home, The receptionist was very helpful and I received my phone in... More

My husband and I have just returned from a night in this hotel and we had a wonderful stay. We arrived at 4pm and were very impressed with the decor and ambience of the hotel. There's a real old world feel about it but it's very clean and modern, if you know what I mean! We had a voucher for... More

My wife and I came to the Royal Marine to celebrate her ill health retirement. Staff are great, good location. Shared my reason for being here - hoping for a free upgrade....so much for those sites that tell you how to get an upgrade. Oh well, we have the sea view from the corridor!!! Very little time for disappointment, as... More

Well what an experience this was. The location is fantastic as is the style of the hotel. Im a born and bred Dun Laoghaire man so was looking forward to another visit. I was checked in by someone from possibly France. At the bar it was a mixture of Eastern Europeans and at breakfast it was anything from the Orient... More

The interior of the hotel is nice and visually pleasant. The location is right in the centre of Dun Laoghaire. The hotel has a number of bars and restaurants and a swimming pool. My room was very tidy. The only issues I had were that the tv remote control didn't work and the windows didn't have safety locks and expanded... More

a few things really got me going, i.e/ the need to use key card 3 times to access room;key card needed to activate lift going upwards, but insufficient information re same on arrival, giving impression that card always necessary,e.g. for descent also. Majority of cards unable to trigger lift function leading to major frustrations by all guests I encountered during... More

I was disappointed to read your comments regarding the card access system that caused you frustration upon accessing your room. Foremost, the beds here are amazing. Prepare to have a really good nights sleep. The breakfast is well above average a good continental selection, delicious pastries. The cooked breakfast is a little on the greasy side. We stayed on a saturday night and had booked a basic room. There were two funstions held in the hotel that night a boxing... More
