I was on the first floor and I could see the sea and howth. It may be better upstiras as it's higher. the room was clean and nice, and the bathroom was clean too. Breakfast good, no complaints and it has a nice family home atmosphere without any intrusion. Location is quiet and overlooks a park. I would go back.
