We had very mixed impressions and not sure if we would return there. Pros:The location is perfect: easy walking distance to all major sights,Temple Bar area and parks. The rooms are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Cons: When we arrived, there was no hot water in the rooms and even after this was "fixed", water was only... More

I had a few days in Dublin and stayed at the La Stampa hotel. I had a mini suite and it was beautiful. The hotel is close to Grafton street so pubs and shops are easily within walking distance (and I hate walking....) There is also a spa attached to this hotel but I didn't have time to try it... More

This hotel is well located near Stephen's Green, but the pluses end there. To get to your room you have to walk through a large club/bar. No big deal leaving in the morning, but not that much fun after getting back late from work. The rooms themselves are sub par: worn, dirty furniture; small TV with almost no channels; noisy... More

Loved this hotel, beautifully decorated rooms, spacious and very comfy big bed. Fully stocked mini bar in room with tea and coffee. Food in bar excellent. Very friendly staff, could not do enough for you. Excellent location, 1 min walk from Grafton Street and Stephen's Green in a lovely area of Dublin. It is pricy but was a special occasion.... More

Our group of five had three rooms for two nights at La Stampa. Two rooms were booked directly with the hotel, whilst the third was through Travel Republic. Communication with the hotel after booking, and the day before arrival was easy - with emails acknowledged and responded to in very quick time. The hotel is on Dawson Street, near Trinity... More

The bauchaus suite is fabulous as is the bathroom. Brilliant location, opposite the mansion house around the corner from Grafton street. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this boutique hotel, it really is a hidden gem.

On arrival and check in, there's a certain concern when you're told you need to walk through the bar next door to get to your room! However, the bar itself is clean and upmarket, and the rooms were comfortable, fairly grand and a little quirky, which is a nice touch. Food was good if not spectacular, and staff were very... More

We stayed for one glorious evening in this boutique hotel. Because I am a member of small luxury hotels, we were upgraded to a wonderful little yellow suite! What a treat!
