Room was tatty and dirty. Proprietor gave up trying to get TV to work. Breakfast was poor, parking difficult.
On the plus side, it is cheap and good location for walking to city centre.

We (wife had husband, age 60) stayed here because of good price, car park and convenient walking distance to downtown sights. We were not surprised by the small room but were surprised by the dental floss on the carpet. Otherwise the room was tidy. All you may expect from a good B&B, great hospitality from Catherine who is allways busy, but never to busy for the guests! as well as Brendan in the kitchen (thanks for those full Irish breakfasts!).
