Great place to stay for a quick overnight stop. Fairly easy to find (bearing in mind the dreaded Dublin one-way system) and reserved a free parking space for the car. Spent our last Irish night at Waterloo Lodge. There's an off-street car park. The room wasn't that big but it was a clean "en-suite" room with a very comfortable bed! We stayed for just 2 nights but it was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. Also the location is great, a 15 minute walk to the centre of Dublin. A bus is available nearby. The room was clean and big with comfy beds. We will come back. More

A home-like mini-hotel. Exceedingly friendly and helpful staff, small, but clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, free wi-fi, a bus stop just outside the hotel, 15-20 mins walk to Grafton street and Trinity College. Definitely a good choice if one comes to see the city. We especially liked tourist information desk and a list of pubs and restaurants nearby. More

My wife and I were in Dublin for two days with our two sons. We had a nice room for the four of us. Being able to park our car there was also a plus. The area were the lodge is, is very nice, and the walk to St. Stephen's Green is worth the time (20 minutes). More
