Stayed here 2 separate nights as part of CIE Tours Pub & Folk Tour. CIE calls all the tour hotels "first class". In American terms this is really a 3 star. The location is good as you can walk down the street to numerous pubs, restaurants and sights. Service was better the second stay but the intial early morning check was... more

Dear JackHoliday, Thanks for your review. I’d like to confirm that we are a high quality 3 star hotel. I’m glad you enjoyed our central location which unfortunately meant you also experienced some noise but it is great to be walking distance to the top bars, restaurants, shops and sights. Best wishes, Finbar Gethins, General Manager.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of the city. It is amazing value for a city centre hotel. For me it was cheaper to stay in the hotel than get a taxi home (I live 30 miles from the city centre) I was in town meeting friends, and was out quite late, so I loved the... more

Dear Niamh123, Thanks for your review. We get a lot of commuters that stay here when they want to stay in town and enjoy a few drinks. As you said we offer amazing value for money for such a central location and the lowest rates are on our own website. Apologies for the issue with the fire alarm. I’m delighted...

Excellent location for walking around Dublin. Caught airport bus which was good value and just round the corner from thehotel. Our room had been upgraded as it was my birthday which was very nice of the hotel. Good generous size room with a small fridge in. Although we turned it off as it made an annoying buzzing noise throughout the... more

Stayed at this Hotel with friends recently. Hotel is in a good location, close to all the pubs/bars. Room was clean. Got a high floor quiet room as requested at the time of booking. Would stay again due to the location but would book Room Only as the breakfast was cold both days. more

The hotel is in the middle of Temple bar, best place for pubs, restaurants, live music etc...but it's also the perfect location for hen and stage night so outside is really noisy (music/drunk people). The room was fine but the bathroom will need a bit of refurbishing. The staff is great and very helpfull. more

Dear Flodesbois92, Thanks for your review. Being so centrally located near all the best bars, restaurants, etc means that there will be some noise but I believe if you are visiting Dublin it is the best place to experience the city and all the culture that it offers. I hope you will visit us again. Best wishes, Finbar Gethins, General...
