We had a great stay here. The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and witty when helping us map out our outings for the day. Room was nice and comfy. Just what we needed after walking the city for the entire day and after a few pints! More

Having stayed here for 3 nights for a weekend visit to Dublin I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location was excellent & many of the tourist attractions are within walking distance, Dublin Castle, Temple Bar, Trinity. The bus stop for the Hop on, Hop off buses are loacted on Dame Street just around the corner from the Hotel so you... More

This hotel is perfectly located for most of the tourist attractions in Central Dublin. Temple Bar is just around the corner, Grafton Street and Trinity College a 15 minute walk. The room was OK, a little tired, and oddly the net curtain was too long but not wide enough for the window! The whole place was very clean. The breakfast... More

We stayed for three nights in the George Frederic and couldn't have been happier. Travelling with our daughter and son-in-law who were on a musical expedition in Europe the name and reason for the name of the hotel made it even more special. The first impression of the hotel is one of welcome with the assistance given to us by... More

The location was perfect for Tourists. Room was very small, little to no amenities for the price. Nice Staff. Enjoyed the breakfast option. Stayed 5 nights. Comfortable bed. The hotel was perfect for us since we were out walking around all day, but if you're looking for a Large room with a lot of extras, room service, safe, and/or fridge,... More

Went for a long weekend with the girls (when I say girls I really mean over 21s +++). Was made to feel very welcome as soon as we arrived, the reception staff very friendly and helped with any advice needed on places to visit etc. Room excellent, very clean and serviced regularly. But the big plus for this hotel is... More

I chose George Fredric Handel for a one night stay as it was very good value and close to the part of the city I needed to be in. It is brilliantly located for Tourist trips, being just at the edge of Temple Bar and in the shadow of christchurch. The hotel was undergoing some renovation in the eating area... More

The hotel is in a great location, easy to walk everywhere you want to go in Dublin. It was perfect if you are planning on staying out late in Temple Bar because it's very close but yet far enough so that you miss the noise. The staff was excellent, so friendly and really made the hotel. Our room was very... More
