Stayed in old part of hotel and were warned rooms were small and in need of renovation. Bed was small but I've seen a lot smaller rooms on my travels. Wardrobe/table was fairly new, bathroom (with bathtub) was clean so all better than expected. Bit loud in the corridors but this is Dublin! Wifi only works in reception. Very good... More

Got good deal of 50euro a night, arrived at hotel and had a long wait to check in, staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, got checked in and were given a room on 4th floor and it took us 10 mins to find it, it was like walking through a maze to find it. Room itself was... More

We were untidy and a small double room. Wifi did not work and the window was broken. Window view was very dirty and trashy. We complained of and we got clean, and a larger 3-bed room at the same price.Unsympathetic receptionists (?) Gym and swimming pool was in a different building. Lots of stairs. I believe we do not go... More

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel & had a room on the back on the first floor which was nicely furnished with a large double & single bed. This room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean and the bedding & towels were changed each day. The shower was very good & plenty of piping hot water though the broken... More

I bought a Groupon package for four nights at the Regency Hotel and airfare from JFK, in New York. After purchasing the Groupon, I did some research on the Regency Hotel. I have to say that there were mixed reviews, mostly not good. BUT our room and stay at the Regency was wonderful. We had a room on floor 1,... More

The hotel is in a good location for visiting Croke park, or just use the bus to get into Dublin centre. Spa was lovely. Did not use the hotel restaurant as it didn't seem too busy, we ate in the grill bar and food was good. The quality of the furnishing in the bedroom was good, lovely large bed. But... More

Room was okay, television was so small you had to move closer to it to watch. Breakfast wasn't very good at all. Handy location as next to bus stops, restaurant and convenience store. Staff were friendly and we were able to get discounted show tickets (€40 each including transport instad of €65 each). We were allowed to check in early,... More

Stayed in hotel at the end of April. Have stayed here before and enjoyed it, but I have to say the food was not up to scratch. Burger, french fries on first night left greasy aftertaste but sister-in-law had steak which she enjoyed. I had steak 2nd night and it was awful they cremated it, also what we order for... More
