Free parking which is difficult in Dublin and great breakfast. 15 minute walk to tourist sites but hop on/off bus picks up at St Stephens Green every 10 minutes or so and you can buy tickets from the B&B that are good for 2 days. We went to Dublin for a weekend of rugby and couldn't have picked a better place. it was only 10/15 mins walk to RDS or Aviva, and same the other way into town.
