I stayed in the Ashling Hotel as I had to catch an early Train from Heuston and I have to say it was one of the best hotels I have stayed in in a long time. A stones throw from the station the service, rooms and food were of a very high standard. I ate in the restaurant, three courses... More

I had booked the Ashling for two weeks with plans to take day excursions - I am so happy that we did this. The staff was beyond all expectations. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. You would have trouble improving on location - close to all transportation - the LUAS trams and the Heuston train station. The breakfasts were great -... More

We stayed at the Ashling for one night at the beginning of June after arriving on a delayed flight from Rome. Arrived without any booking or prior arrangements and enquired if they had any rooms available for the night. We were advised all they had was a Superior Room at what seemed to us to be a very reasonable rate.... More

The Ashling is a popular conference hotel hence my stay with colleagues. The food was good, the railway station nearby, the city tram a few steps away, and the public areas of the hotel are very nice indeed. The rooms are comfortable but ours could have been cleaner and more attentively serviced. Breakfast was great with a range of buffet... More

For a while we could hear everything the people next door were saying cos they were v loud but thankfully they went out! Breakfast was outstanding - the best choice I've seen in a long time! They had everything you... More

My wife and I stayed at the Ashling whilst on a 3 night weekend trip to Dublin. I spoke to reservations and the very friendly lady upgraded us to a superior delux room (for a fee) as I said the trip was for a special occassion. Bedroom was very spacious, especially the bathroom (understand that we paid that little bit... More

The hotel is located in a resonable distance to downtown and the major attractions -the tram is close by as is the train station. The rooms /double superior) are spacious and quiet. Service is resoable .

A lovely twin room on the second floor we had which was very clean and spacious. A lovely bathroom and view. We have enjoyed our stay so far. It was easy to find and the staff have been very nice. We are in Dublin for a few days and are looking forward to our stay here.
