The hotel is decent enough and the staff are quite friendly but we had the worst night sleep ever in a hotel thanks to the radiator and the pipes going through the hotel. There was a constant rattle from the radiator, i turned it off at around 1am and after a while it stopped but then at 6am it the... more

Arrived in Dublin on an early morning flight, hotel was easy to find and the receptionist checked us in straight away upon arrival at 8.30am, very helpful and pleasant. Room was tidy and clean. Room was quiet as at the rear of hotel, no view but only to be expected in an old building like this(plus we weren't there for... more

This hotel is centrally located, 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop and a short wak into the centre of Dublin. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable about the area and all sorts of touristy things. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable although the bathrooms probalby need a bit of attention with the seals needing replacing, However if you... more

I stayed at Cassidys in November, with my daughter and her friend - both teenagers. We chose the hotel for it's reasonable online price, and the great central location towards the top of O'Connell Street - quite close to the famous Spire landmark. Our room was large - high ceilings giving an impression of space, the bedding was spotless -... more

Really nice hotel, excellent location for sightseeing and Temple Bar. Right outside bus stops to and from airport. We had executive suite and it was quiet roomy but when we were packing we did find a load of glass down by the bed which was very worrying and we took it to reception but hopefully that is just a one... more

This is a good option for Dublin because of it's location and it has the feel of an Irish pub. The hotel is very spread out, and our first room was a long walk from the main desk, through an underground passage, down one lift and up another. This took us to the new part of the hotel, and lovely... more

What a GREAT first trip to Dublin! We were greeted promptly upon our arrival by a friendly and competent staff at Cassidy's... once settled in our room, we were able to grab a quick bite to eat from the restaurant before sleeping off our jet-lag... Our room was comfortable and clean, and was always a comfortable cozy warm to come... more

We have recently returned from a three day break in Dublin. The hotel was in a great location; away from the hustle of Temple Bar but within easy walking distance of the main attractions. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were friendly, courteous and totally professional. In terms of value for money I would highly recommend Cassidy's. more
