We stayed at this hotel on the 30th December 2011. There was no toilet roll in the room. The heating in the room didn't work. It was a family room with two double beds and there was four of us, 2 adults and 2 small kids (5 & 8). There was only 2 towels in the room. More

This a lovely hotel with lots of old character. Staff friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a suite which was great value. Breakfast excellent. Also had dinner which was just ok Ground are great. More
